Meatball subs and weeknight dinners are about to be a lot easier to make! In this video, Nicole shows you how to make a simple smashed meatball sub using a homemade meatball mixture that’s cooked right onto the sandwich bread. After spreading the mixture across the bread, press the sandwich meat side down onto a pan over the stove. Once browned, top with marinara and mozzarella cheese before broiling in the oven.
